Job Description
Are you passionate about creating exceptional experiences and contributing to memorable guest journeys? If so, you might be the perfect fit for the dynamic team of hospitality professionals at an Accor property.
As a Sales Executive within Accor, you will be instrumental in driving revenue and building strong client relationships. Reporting to the Director of Sales or a similar role, you will be responsible for actively soliciting and securing new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts. Your focus will be on promoting our hotel's facilities and services to meet and exceed revenue targets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively identify and target potential clients through various sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction to foster repeat business.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our hotel's offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and meet revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with other hotel departments, such as marketing, operations, and catering, to ensure seamless execution of events and client requests.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Represent the hotel professionally at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales collateral as needed.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to the management team.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct site inspections for potential clients, showcasing the hotel's facilities and services.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales or other management personnel.
Qualifications
- BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive sales experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
