What does this role look like?

You will be responsible for loading and maintaining budgets and EAC's in the Earned Value Management tool (COBRA). In addition, you will claim performance Budget Cost of Work Performed (BCWP) monthly. Utilize the EVM system to measure cost and schedule performance, as well as, prepare variance reports on a monthly basis.

• You will utilize the Earned Value Management system to measure cost and schedule performance
• You will be responsible for coordination of monthly diagnostics, including taking corrective action
• You will develop presentations for upper management on a weekly and monthly basis
• You will prepare Comprehensive Estimates at Completion (CEACs) and assist with proposals and preparation of Basis of Estimates (BOE's) for both labor and Non-Labor inputs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Masters degree
• Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience as a team member, working toachieve common goals and demonstrated initiative.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Ability to work under pressure/deadlines andability to learn new skills and concepts quickly.
• Ability to work with Earned Value Management(EVM) concepts or Program management concepts and requirements.Desired Skills:Working knowledge of SAP and COBRA systems is a plus.
• Experience in FBM processes and procedures
• Experience as a team lead or other informal leadership experience is desired.
• Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to generate high-quality, error-free products.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics, or other related Business
• Management field or Masters degreeSecurity Clearance Statement:

Ability to Work Remotely:

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
